- Design end-to-end solutions spanning ERP, CRM, and custom-built applications
- Define integration patterns (APIs, event-driven, data pipelines) for scalable, reusable architecture
- Ensure systems are built for performance, security, high availability, and disaster recovery
- Provide architectural oversight for major ERP and CRM transformation initiatives
- Translate business requirements into technology solutions and long-term roadmaps
- Partner with application owners, business stakeholders, and product teams to evolve core systems
- Guide solution architects, developers, and vendors on adherence to architecture standards

- Identify risk and build mitigation into solution designs from the start
- Drive consistency across projects to reduce technical debt and duplication
- Evaluate vendors, tools, and platforms for architectural fit
- Manage technical dependencies and ensure interoperability across systems
- Act as a hands-on architect when needed, contributing to design, prototyping, and development
- Troubleshoot complex issues across business applications, integrations, and data flows
- Review and optimize code, scripts, and configurations against architecture standards
- Provide technical guidance during development, deployment, and production support
- Balance strategic architecture ownership with practical, in-the-trenches execution
Requirements
