Operations Leadership Automation Accountability Cloud Strategy Team Leadership Cloud Computing Endpoint Security Business Valuation Endpoint Management VMWare Workspace ONE Full Stack Development Operational Excellence Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Product Lifecycle Management Microsoft Intune (Mobile Device Management Software), * Own the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of all end-user computing services including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual endpoints
- Lead and develop teams responsible for endpoint infrastructure, cloud computing, automation, and support operations
- Serve as a technical leader across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms (iOS), ensuring performance, security, and reliability
- Drive endpoint management transformation, including migration efforts to Microsoft Intune
- Oversee tools and platforms such as SCCM, Workspace ONE, and Altiris
- Partner cross-functionally to align IT initiatives with business needs, service levels, and organizational goals
- Lead high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies
- Provide leadership across product lifecycle phases including planning, design, deployment, and operational support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience (8-12 years preferred)
- Proven experience leading teams in enterprise end-user computing environments
- Strong background supporting and managing Windows, Mac, and mobile device ecosystems
- Experience with endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune, Workspace ONE, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to lead through transformation and modernization efforts
Preferred:
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications
- Experience in large-scale, complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of cloud strategy and endpoint security best practices

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00/hr.
