Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Report Writer to support an engineering team by producing high-quality, client-ready reports and presentations. In this role, you transform technical content, data, and input from engineers into well-structured, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and written reports. You ensure that complex information is presented clearly, accurately, and professionally while maintaining consistent formatting and branding standards., * Develop polished PowerPoint presentations using content, data, and direction provided by engineering staff.

  • Organize and structure technical information into clear, concise, and visually engaging written reports.
  • Edit, format, and proofread reports to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to established company standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project teams to understand report objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Apply company branding, style, and formatting standards across all documents and presentations.
  • Manage multiple report assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
  • Ensure all deliverables are client-ready, professionally presented, and aligned with project requirements.
  • Maintain document templates and assist in improving reporting processes, tools, and overall efficiencies.

Requirements

Editing Branding Templates Visionary Innovation Proofreading Presentations Report Writing Detail Oriented Time Management Reporting Processes Microsoft PowerPoint Business Communication Artificial Intelligence Technical Documentation Ability To Meet Deadlines, * Associate degree in Business, Communications, Engineering Technology, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in report writing, technical documentation, or administrative support.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Strong written communication and editing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively., * Experience working in an engineering, construction, or technical environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with technical content and the ability to interpret and present complex information clearly.
  • Experience maintaining and improving document templates and formatting standards.
  • Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers and project staff.

This is a Contract position based out of Etters, PA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
