Job description

  • Strategy and Design: Define network strategy and design IT and OT architecture to meet the needs of the company
  • Management and Maintenance: Oversee the company-wide IT network architecture, ensuring its stability and smooth operation
  • Deployment and Supervision: Manage deployment projects and supervise wired and wireless networks
  • Mobility and Remote Access: Ensure mobile connectivity and remote access to company systems for the entire group, while enabling the use of smart devices
  • OT Device Access: Facilitate access to industrial automation equipment (extruders, robots, 3D printers, IoT devices) in close collaboration with the automation department
  • Network Security: Manage network security (access and segmentation) under the supervision of the Information Security Manager
  • Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues, optimize performance, monitor traffic, and ensure smooth network operation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Network Manager

Technical skills:

  • Expertise in network technologies (switching, routing, Firewalls, VLANs, SD-WAN, load balancing, NAC, 802.1X, etc.)
  • Proficient in network device configuration and troubleshooting
  • Experience in network design, remediation, and documentation
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco and Aruba solutions

Language skills:

  • Excellent command of English
  • Good knowledge of French or German
