Job description
We are seeking a passionate Software Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead WES/WCS projects from initial design to integration. Our modular AutoStore platform, backed by over 30 years of R&D, ensures seamless host system integration. Our dedicated development team delivers the most reliable and comprehensive AutoStore solutions on the market.
This is a possible entry position for early career. You should be locally close to one of our sites in Neuenstadt, Neuburg a.d. Kammel, Rülzheim or Bellheim in Germany.
Your tasks

Management, guidance, and further development of the project and team in a matrix organization.

Organization of meetings to discuss project objectives, create schedules, and define individual responsibilities.

Responsibility for functional results, project performance planning, and monitoring of project requirements and budgets.

Participation in and organization of platform testing, as well as planning of commissioning.

Reporting of project warnings, technical schedules, and costs.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, * Completed university degree in computer science with a focus on software engineering or a comparable qualification.

Profund experience in IT project management within the intralogistics industry

Experience with warehouse systems and logistics software such as WES, WCS, or WMS is a big advantage

Ideally, experience with several of the following technologies: C#, HTTP, JavaScript (REACT), JSON, Node.js, SQL, database experience (SQL Server, PostgreSQL), Object-Relational Mapping Frameworks, GitHub, Azure DevOps, JIRA, and/or similar agile software management tools; API

Very good organizational and communication skills in English and German (C1) are required; other European languages are an advantage.
