Job offer

This is a job offer for an assistant researcher to perform research tasks within the INSPIRA-CM project: " Identification of mechanisms, biomarkers, and interventions in comorbidity in hypoxemic respiratory diseases through preclinical, clinical, and computational approaches." (P2022/BMD-7224), granted in the 2024 call for Call for grants for the implementation of R&D activity programs among research groups of the Community of Madrid in Biomedicine (2022). Among the tasks to perform are:

• Management and preprocessing of databases containing data and signals, i.e., audio, images, biomedical and genetic.
• Design, implementation, and testing of deep learning and AI algorithms for processing tabular, genomic and signals (including speech, audio, biomedical and genetic).

• Graduate in Telecommunications, Artificial Intelligence Data Science or a related field.
• Training and/or experience in machine learning, deep learning and data science.
• Training and/or experience in signal processing, specially audio, images and biomedical.
• Knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
• Good level of English.

Specific Requirements

• Research experience is desirable.
