Job description
- Building responsive, user-focused front-end experiences for marketing websites and campaigns
- Developing landing pages, microsites, and interfaces designed to support lead generation and conversion
- Collaborating closely with designers to faithfully translate designs into production-ready code
- Implementing animations, interactions, and UI enhancements using modern JavaScript
- Optimising front-end performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
- Supporting marketing teams with A/B tests, content updates, and marketing campaign launches
- Working within Zoho and other CMS / platform tools to support marketing functionality
- Maintaining clean, scalable, and reusable front-end code across projects
- Managing tasks and feedback through internal project management and CRM systems
Requirements

Must have proven work experience in similar Front-End Web Experience role, preferably within a Marketing Agency/Retail environment

Strong experience with HTML, CSS / SASS, PHP and JavaScript

Proven experience building marketing-led websites, landing pages, or digital campaigns

Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

Comfortable working in an agency environment with multiple clients and deadlines

Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and non-technical stakeholders

Some exposure to CRM packages ie, Zoho, or similar - desirable

Experience with CMS-driven marketing sites - desirable

Some familiarity with performance and optimisation tools (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, etc.) - desirable

Understanding of CRO principles and marketing analytics
