That includes the platforms and controls that make sure the right people get the right access at the right time, while supporting strong governance and security standards.
As an Associate IAM Developer, you'll help develop and support Sky's IAM platform, with a particular focus on One Identity Manager. -
Investigating and helping resolve issues affecting IAM services and platform performance.
-
Supporting testing, release and deployment activity for platform updates and new features.
-
Creating and maintaining clear technical and process documentation.
-
Applying core IAM principles such as least privilege, identity lifecycle management and access governance.
-
Working closely with colleagues to deliver secure, supportable and well-governed solutions.
-
Contributing ideas and improvements that help us keep evolving the service.
Requirements

-
Experience with scripting or query languages such as PowerShell, SQL/T-SQL, or similar.
-
Familiarity with enterprise technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID or comparable platforms.
-
A structured approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to investigate issues and work through them with support where needed.
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a collaborative team.
Nice to have
-
Experience with IAM platforms such as One Identity Manager, SailPoint, Saviynt or similar tools.
-
Exposure to identity lifecycle processes, access provisioning or access governance controls.
-
Awareness of security and compliance standards such as ISO27001, NIST or least-privilege control models.
This role is likely to suit you if:
