Job description
- Provide end-to-end administrative support across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, exits)
- Maintain and update employee records across HR and time & attendance systems
- Manage and track global employee data, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
- Prepare and check payroll data for monthly submission, including handling pay-related queries
- Act as a first point of contact for HR and system-related queries (face-to-face and via Microsoft Teams)
- Manage shared inboxes, trackers, and documentation
- Support implementation and administration of a new HR system
- Assist with data reporting, policy updates, projects, and team initiatives as priorities evolve
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, This is a varied, hands-on role requiring resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a changing environment., * Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Experience working across multiple systems, including HR and time & attendance platforms
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- A fast learner who can quickly adapt to new systems and processes
- Resilient and able to work effectively in a fast-moving, changeable environment
- Professional, approachable communication style
- A collaborative team player who contributes positively to team culture
- Previous HR or payroll administration experience is desirable

- On-site parking, Shift/salary:
- 37.5 paid hours per week (8.5-hour day with 1-hour unpaid break)
- Start time between 06:30 and 10:00
- Finish time between 15:00 and 18:30, depending on start time
- Office-based role with occasional travel for collaboration or events
- Computer-based role within a busy, collaborative workspace
