Job description
A Salesforce Developer opportunity has arisen within a growing technology team, focused on building and enhancing a highly customised Salesforce environment that supports core business operations.
Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you'll design, develop, and maintain solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You'll also play a key role in modernising the platform, including the migration of legacy components to Lightning Web Components (LWC) and improving integrations with the wider technology estate., * Developing Apex classes, triggers, batch and asynchronous processes to support complex workflows
- Building and enhancing Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve user experience and productivity
- Migrating legacy Aura and Visualforce solutions to modern Salesforce architecture
- Designing and maintaining integrations with external systems using APIs and event-driven approaches
- Writing efficient, scalable queries with a strong awareness of platform limits and performance
- Collaborating with administrators and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions
- Contributing to code quality, standards, and technical best practice across the team
- Supporting deployments, releases, and ongoing system improvements

Requirements
- Strong Apex development experience (triggers, classes, asynchronous processing)
- Proven experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, SOQL, and platform limitations
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs
- Exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud development
- Experience with version control, CI/CD, and modern Salesforce tooling (e.g. SFDX, CLI)
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience refactoring legacy Aura or Visualforce solutions
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud or other Salesforce products
- Broader Salesforce certifications beyond Platform Developer I
- Experience working with third-party tools or AppExchange products
