What You'll Be Doing
As a Level 2 IT Engineer, you'll provide both remote and onsite technical support to our clients, helping them resolve issues and maximise the value of their IT systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft-related issues
- Managing incidents and service requests through our service desk
- Supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment and infrastructure
- Assisting with onsite installations, upgrades, and project deployments
- Monitoring client environments using remote management tools
- Maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge base articles
- Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service
- Working closely with senior engineers, the service desk, and NOC teams
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in IT support?, * Previous experience in a Level 2 IT Support, Service Desk, or MSP role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Windows environments
- Good understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable
- Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools
- IT certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco
