Job description
As a Senior CRM Analyst, you will lead CRM analytics to drive data-led marketing strategy, optimise campaigns, and deliver actionable customer insights for commercial impact.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Lead CRM analytics to support data-driven marketing strategies and campaign optimization
- Act as a subject matter expert on campaign measurement and customer analytics
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to design, execute, and evaluate campaigns
- Deliver insights through clear data storytelling and visualization
- Contribute to CRM and marketing planning using customer and campaign analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and maximise ROI
- Promote best practice across analytics and introduce new tools, techniques, and approaches
- Support and mentor colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
The successful Senior CRM Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong commercial experience using SQL with large-scale datasets
- End-to-end analytics project delivery, from requirements gathering to implementation
- Deep understanding of B2C CRM, including customer journeys and targeting strategies
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Confident stakeholder management and prioritisation skills
- Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Exposure to data visualisation tools such as Power BI is beneficial
- Familiarity with campaign platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous
