Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Project Manager to serve as the anchor where the individual will lead end-to-end transformation projects, primarily focusing on overseeing a massive Oracle Fusion ERP Finance implementation program that drives enterprise-wide innovation and system upgrades.

You will act as the central unifying force bringing together multiple complex initiatives, working closely with finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. For a high-performing leader, this role offers the opportunity to expand scope into other major enterprise implementations, including Oracle PLM, CPQ, and Salesforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead project manager in managing the overarching strategy, execution, and delivery of core enterprise initiatives.
  • Drive Oracle ERP Implementation, Oversee the end-to-end program management of the Oracle Fusion ERP Finance implementation and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Partner extensively with the Finance team and key business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure seamless system integration and change management.
  • Act as the "anchor" that brings together multiple, concurrent digital initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and mitigating risks.

Requirements

Do you have experience in System deployment?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Minimum of 8 years of experience as a project manager with a focus in Oracle Fusion ERP

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Has conducted at least 1 full cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementations for finance organizations, or leading major, complex finance transformation programs.
  • Deep expertise in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial scoping and blueprinting through deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Strong background in financial processes, reporting, and organizational finance structures; Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with other enterprise systems such as Oracle PLM, CPQ, and Salesforce is a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel 80% - weekly on site at the client located in Silicon Valley
