Engineering Support roles encompass a diverse range of positions that provide technical assistance and expertise to engineering teams across various disciplines. These roles may involve tasks such as conducting research, performing analyses, and assisting in the design and development of engineering projects. Engineering support professionals work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.
Discipline Description
Engineering Support personnel provide diverse support essential to completion of Engineering work processes and operations in areas including program management, risk and cost savings process, staffing and forecasting, training, indirect budget management, subcontract support oversight, engineering documents processing, procedure and desktop development, and performance of assessments. This support requires proficiency and use of engineering and professional software systems that interface with these processes. interface with varying level of Engineering and interface organizations in performance of duties is routinely required.
Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in the development, update, and maintenance of SRS engineering standards and guides, as documented in the SRS Engineering Standards and Practices.
- Assist Functional Managers with a variety of activities, including supporting the SRS Site Engineering Standards Program and providing general engineering technical support.
- Assist in preparation of self-assessments.
- Assist in Development and management of the annual budget for the SRNS Engineering Standards Program.
- Support and coordinate the activities of the ESB Technical Committees and facilitate ESB meetings.
- Evaluate technical proposals, prepare reports, and make recommendations based on technical, scientific, and practical factors.
- Help when needed in monitoring project schedules, progress, expenditures, and ensure the quality of work performed.
- Help when needed in tracking and monitoring subcontract invoices for timely and accurate payments and support financial forecasting and accruals.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Employee relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in relevant field
