Job description
(90%) Administrative and Operational Duties
-
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of provider, location and patient data by regularly reviewing and updating system records.

Investigate and resolve data-related discrepancies such as failed fax transmissions and duplicate patient records.

Assist in managing user accounts and access permissions for the Provider and Patient Portals.

Provide support and technical assistance to internal departments, healthcare providers, and patients for issues related to portals.
-
Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency, enhance data accuracy, and reduce errors.

Assist in the development and maintenance of related workflow documentation, training materials, and support resources.

Support team member and market training, onboarding, and performance by sharing best practices.

Monitor and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely and effective responses.

Collaborate with Applications & Support Coordinator, IT, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve interface or system-related issues, escalating when necessary.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Applications & Support Coordinator and leadership to support operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Requirements
-
High school diploma, or equivalent.
-
One (1) year experience in healthcare, utilizing Electronic Health Record systems
-
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
