Job description
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of IBM WatsonX & Orchestrate offerings, combining hands-on practitioner credibility with accountability for offering definition, differentiation, adoption, and scale. Act as a trusted advisor bridging strategy, technology, and delivery.
Commercialization & Go-to-Market
- Business liaison to lock down commercialization including packaging, pricing, and sales motions with proper parts of the firm
- Partner with Sales, Industry Groups, and Geographies to generate pipeline and revenue
- Act as executive sponsor and offering SME for priority pursuits and flagship clients
Federated Leadership & Governance
- Bring a well-developed consulting and strategy skillset to client engagements and business development, leading programs, shaping value propositions, and owning opportunities end-to-end
- Establish governance, operating cadence, and decision rights
- Ensure integrated, end-to-end solutions and consistent market messaging
Strategic Vision
- Contribute to the overall practice strategy and act as a GTM leader for priority AI opportunities, shaping the evolution of offerings in line with market demand and technology trends
Alliance & Ecosystem Leadership
- Serve as Accenture's global counterpart to WatsonX / Orchestrate offering leadership
- Shape joint strategy, innovation agenda, and co-investment priorities
- Influence product roadmaps and accelerate joint solution development
Asset Development & Enablement
- Oversee industrialization of reusable assets, accelerators, and delivery models
- Ensure offerings are delivery-ready and scalable globally with Delivery and BG Lead
- Drive enablement across sales, solutioning, and delivery communities
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of consulting experience, preferably including strategy or transformation leadership, with the ability to operate at C-suite level, navigate a highly matrixed organization, align multiple stakeholder groups, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in technology or digital transformation roles, with deep understanding of Data & AI platforms.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a technical or consulting capacity in the financial services sector.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Data, Analytics, and AI-driven transformation, including enterprise data platforms, AI/ML solutions, automation, and orchestration, with demonstrated practitioner experience shaping and delivering large-scale initiatives using modern AI platforms (including WatsonX Orchestrate), leveraging AI capabilities to enhance devops, and reinventing engineering.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience), * Exceptional executive presence, with outstanding communication and presentation skills, and the ability to act as an influential industry evangelist.
- Ability to structure and lead story-driven narratives for offerings across industry specializations and technology stacks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale business transformation initiatives driven by technology.
- Knowledge of cloud business models, and value realization across public, private, hybrid, and sovereign cloud environments.
