Job description
An experienced OneStream Senior Developer with deep platform expertise and the ability to lead technical design and delivery of complex OneStream XF implementations.
You mentor junior developers, drive platform best practices, and work closely with solution architects, functional leads and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality EPM solutions across the full implementation lifecycle.
The Work:
- Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
- Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
- Use considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
- Demonstrate executive presence during frequent upward interaction with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
- Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
- Ensure decision-making positively impacts the team in which one resides.
- Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
- Involvement in growing the practice by supporting the new business proposal process - business case creation, SOW preparation, RFP responses, driving client conversation/presentations to dive business opportunities.
- Support the creation of responses to request for proposals.
- Deliver and develop functional OneStream solutions that meet business requirements, with deep OneStream technical subject matter expertise.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Team leadership?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Minimum of 3 years experience developing OneStream platforms including experience with multi-dimensional cubes, metadata maintenance, and security configurations
- Minimum of 2 years experience developing business rules in VB.net or C#
- Minimum of 2 years experience developing Data Management sequences and steps
- Minimum of 3 years report & dashboard development
- Minimum of 3 years experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior developers.
- OneStream Certified (OCA): Administration or Implementor. (If not already certified, willingness to become certified in 6 months).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience, * You have experience in one or more of the following industries: Industrial Manufacturing/Automotive, Energy, Consumer Goods, Retail, Public Sector, or Banking.
- You are proficient in C#, SQL, XML
- You have experience with advanced OneStream capabilities; Sensible AI, CPM Express etc.
- You have experience with Data Integration tools
- You have completed one of the OneStream application build courses (Application Build for Consultants or Administrators or Essentials Trainings)
- You have completed any advanced OneStream courses
- You have experience designing and/or developing OneStream modules (SML, People Planning, CAPEX, Thing Planning, etc.)
- You have experience designing and/or developing solutions with similar planning and analytics technologies such as Oracle/Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SAP, Anaplan, Adaptive, Host Analytics, etc.
- You have obtained OneStream Certifications
- You have proven success in contributing to a collaborative environment
- You have proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- You have a desire to work in an information systems environment
- You have a desire to learn modern technologies like AI/ML and how they augment EPM
- You have excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
