Job description
Install and configure hardware and software components to ensure usability. Troubleshoot, repair and upgrade telephony for 360+ restaurants. Install and terminate low voltage cable (RJ45, RG59, CCTV). Troubleshoot and support POS systems Perform tests and evaluations on new software and hardware. Establish good relationships with all store managers, vendors, and all Cook Out team members. Participate in regular rotation to provide on-call remote support after hours. Provide Help Desk support for hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with Servers, LAN/WAN technologies, computer repair/troubleshooting, software, networks, virus protection, Wi-Fi technology, and more. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, Associate degree in Computer Science or related field or comparable experience. 2+ years' experience in computer networks, systems maintenance and low voltage is advantageous. Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve multiple issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and excellent workmanship. Understand IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience. Good problem-solving skills. Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift equipment. Travel may be required up to 50%. Valid driver's license (at least three years) with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record required. Pre-employment criminal background check required for hire.
