As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless technology support across multiple hospital locations. This is a chance to work independently, travel, and make a real impact in a mission-critical environment., * Oversee daily IT operations in multiple hospital locations
- Ensure continuous availability of network and medical devices
- Lead rapid response to IT incidents affecting clinical operations
- Log and track calls using an enterprise ticketing system
- Manage onboarding processes for new staff
- Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to align IT services
- Support a 24/7 operational environment with on-call participation
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Proven ability to manage multiple sites in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree in computer information systems or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in technical support or systems administration
- Strong knowledge of networking and desktop support
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Active Directory Domain environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT standards
