Job description

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer / UX Lead who is passionate about designing for measurable business impact-not just visual polish. This role sits at the intersection of UX, product design, psychology, and growth, with a focus on optimizing the full digital journey to increase conversions, leads, and revenue.

You will own the end-to-end user experience across our public web presence, transforming complex content into intuitive, high-performing experiences while continuously testing and iterating based on data. This is a highly hands-on role for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and values experimentation, speed, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Drive Conversion Impact

  • Create design solutions that directly improve conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue
  • Use experimentation, A/B testing, and performance data to inform decisions
  • Continuously optimize UX based on measurable outcomes

Apply User Psychology

  • Leverage user behavior insights to influence decision-making
  • Use layout, copy, visual hierarchy, and micro-interactions to guide user actions
  • Design intuitive experiences that reduce friction and drive engagement

Own the Full User Journey

  • Design and optimize the complete conversion funnel, including:

  • Landing pages

  • Content structure

  • Application flows

Translate complex ideas into simple, user-friendly experiences

Produce wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes using Figma

Execute Quickly and Iterate

  • Work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with rapid testing cycles
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation
  • QA builds and refine designs based on real-world performance
  • Continuously improve experiences through data-driven iteration

Requirements

  • 5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience
  • Proven track record of improving conversions, leads, or revenue through design
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and growth design
  • Experience designing end-to-end user journeys and conversion funnels
  • Proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design)
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
  • Experience working in agile or fast-paced product/marketing teams
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on execution quality and performance
