Job description
- Own deep expertise in TeamViewer's IT and DEX portfolio
- Deliver tailored demos, workshops, and webinars aligned to customer needs
- Communicate technical and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Lead discovery to understand customer challenges and objectives
- Design and present customized solutions leveraging TeamViewer capabilities
- Develop proposals, SOWs, and technical documentation
- Lead POV/POC and pilot engagements, providing hands-on guidance
- Analyze results and deliver actionable recommendations
- Partner with Sales throughout the sales cycle, including RFx responses
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
- Stay current on industry trends and contribute feedback to product innovation
Requirements
Do you have experience in Virtualization?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments (endpoint management, remote connectivity, DEX)
- Experience with SaaS tools (RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, Observability)
- Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, cloud, virtualization, and security
- Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
