Software Engineer

• Design and develop software using C++ and Unreal Engine technologies
• Create test procedures and conduct testing aligned with mission requirements
• Build and implement automated test frameworks
• Analyze system capabilities, inputs/outputs, and programming requirements
• Debug and resolve software issues to ensure optimal performance
• Develop and maintain documentation for software and testing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate system components
• Apply development standards, processes, and tools across the software lifecycle
• Support continuous improvement of systems and development methodologies

• 2-4 years experience with Unreal Engine development
• 4-6 years advanced C++ programming experience
• 2-4 years experience with test automation
• 2-4 years experience with system integration
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Must be local to Orlando, FL and able to work onsite as needed
• U.S. work authorization required, * Experience developing software for simulation, training, or mission systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience collaborating in fast-paced, high-tech environments

Pay Details: $49.00 to $100.00 per hour
