Job description

One of our client is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior UX Producer to manage complex UX programs spanning:-

  • UX Design
  • User Research
  • Human Factors
  • Content Strategy
  • Instructional Design

This role acts as the bridge between UX leadership, product, and engineering teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business goals., * Lead end-to-end planning and execution of UX programs

  • Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and UX
  • Identify risks and remove blockers
  • Improve workflows and team efficiency
  • Track milestones and deliverables
  • Support budget planning and vendor coordination
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Mentor junior team members

Requirements

  • 7+ years in UX Program
  • Strong expertise with:
  • Jira
  • Confluence
  • Smartsheet
  • Figma
  • Miro
  • Strong stakeholder communication
  • Agile / Scrum knowledge
  • Experience managing multiple large projects

Preferred:-

  • Medical device / healthcare experience
  • UX Design or User Research background
