job summary: Join our US Financial Services team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer delivering mission-critical software systems for a premier banking client. In this role, you will shape enterprise engineering standards, establish foundational architectural direction, and drive technical strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams to deliver highly scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native products.

responsibilities:
- Design and architect robust full stack solutions utilizing Java/Spring backend and React/Angular front-end frameworks.
- Spearhead cloud-native patterns including serverless applications, microservices architectures, and containerization.
- Establish secure coding practices, performance guidelines, CI/CD maturity, and automated DevOps pipelines.
- Mentor engineering team members, lead comprehensive code reviews, and align technical executions with product roadmaps.
qualifications: 8-10+ years of expert experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices architecture.
5+ years of deep development experience with frontend technologies such as React or Angular.
Expert-level proficiency across AWS cloud services (including EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, IAM).
Proven experience with distributed systems design, integration architecture, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
Strong capability to work locally out of the Whippany, NJ office 3 days a week.
