Job description
Insight Global is looking for a Change Management Lead hybrid in Plano, TX. The Change Management Lead will play a strategic, senior role, driving stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, and adoption across overlapping deployments within the legal department. Success in this role requires strong presence, influence, and the ability to clearly articulate the value and benefits of transformation to gain buy?in., * Lead change management for a new system and process roll out with deployments globally
- Own stakeholder engagement across regions, including senior leaders and operational teams
- Explain the purpose and benefits of the new system alignment and buy?in amid significant changes to ways of working
- Identify and assess change impacts and risks across people, processes, and operations
- Develop mitigation strategies and lead critical discussions to address resistance or concerns
- Continuously refine and adjust change plans based on stakeholder feedback and regional input
- Partner closely with deployment teams to ensure change efforts align with rollout timelines
- Lead and deliver core change management outputs, including: Stakeholder assessments; Change impact and readiness assessments; Adoption and sustainment plans
- Track adoption and readiness metrics and adapt strategies as needed
- Provide guidance on cultural and operational impacts, leveraging prior global change experience
- Support communications, training, and leadership alignment to ensure long?term adoption
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience leading change management for technology roll outs
- Demonstrated experience driving change across multiple global regions
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead complex conversations around impact, risk, and adoption -Strong storytelling, facilitation, and influence skills
- Experience operating in fast?moving transformation environments with overlapping deployments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field
