AI Solutions Architect / AI Practice Lead

Client is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect / AI Practice Lead to help build and expand our Artificial Intelligence service offerings within the HaloITSM ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing AI-driven solutions that extend beyond Halo's native AI capabilities. The successful candidate will work directly with customers to understand business challenges and design practical AI solutions leveraging Halo's Open API, enterprise data sources, large language models (LLMs), automation platforms, and modern AI technologies.

7+ years of software development, solution architecture, or enterprise technology consulting experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience designing or implementing AI solutions. Strong programming experience in one or more of the following: Python C# JavaScript / Node.js Java Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and enterprise integrations. Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
