Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft s Generative AI ecosystem, including Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Machine Learning. The role focuses on designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI copilots, conversational AI systems, and intelligent automation workflows., * Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered copilots and conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

  • Build intelligent AI workflows using Azure AI Foundry.
  • Develop enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI (LLMs).
  • Create chatbot flows including intents, topics, dialogue management, and conversation design., * Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems such as:
  • CRM systems
  • ERP systems
  • ITSM tools
  • REST APIs and backend services
  • Enable end-to-end automation of business processes using AI., + Azure OpenAI Service
  • Azure Machine Learning
  • Azure AI Foundry
  • Design scalable AI architectures on Azure cloud.
  • Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of AI systems., * Monitor AI applications, model outputs, and user interactions.
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize AI workflows.
  • Ensure safe, secure, and compliant AI usage in enterprise environments.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and feedback loops for AI systems., * Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and analysts.
  • Provide technical guidance on AI adoption strategies.
