Junior Geographic Information Systems Analyst in Kissimmee

• Perform geospatial data cleaning, editing, and standardization using ArcGIS Pro (primary) or similar GIS platforms
• Compile and integrate data from multiple sources into a common schema
• Validate feature geometry and attribution to meet quality standards
• Execute established workflows for data processing and QA/QC
• Support production of 2D geospatial datasets for downstream 3D environment
• Work under guidance of senior analysts to complete assigned tasks
• Document and escalate data issues or inconsistencies as needed
• Support team production goals and timelines

• A collaborative team environment with mentorship from experienced analysts
• Hands-on experience with large-scale geospatial data production and processing pipelines
• Opportunities for career growth and skill development., * Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, or related field, with up to 4 years experience
• Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET Security Clearance
• Experience with ArcGIS Pro or similar GIS tools
• Understanding of core GIS principles (vector data, projections, attribution)
• Strong attention to detail and data quality

Qualifications

• Exposure to Python or scripting for GIS workflows
• Familiarity with open geospatial data sources (e.g., OSM)
• Exposure to 3D GIS or modeling concepts
• Exposure to automated or scalable geospatial data workflows
