Endpoint and Access Systems Administrator

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise endpoint management systems for Windows and macOS
• Support authentication and access systems, including integration with identity and network access control technologies
• Maintain endpoint security configurations and support system improvements
• Troubleshoot complex issues across endpoint, identity, and network systems
• Collaborate with networking and security teams on access control and authentication systems
• Provide documentation and technical guidance to IT staff
• Other duties as assigned, Occasional travel for meetings, part of on-call rotation, potential for weekend or holiday work if there are siginificant issues.

Do you have experience in IT department experience?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Northern State University is seeking a motivated individual to join our Information Technology team as an Endpoint and Access Systems Administrator., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience

• Experience working with enterprise IT systems (e.g., endpoint management, identity services, or network access technologies) * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across IT teams

Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, or Entra ID
• Familiarity with network authentication (802.1x), NAC, or certificate-based authentication
• Experience in higher education or similar enterprise environments
