Job description
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a large-scale ServiceNow implementation and re-implementation initiative.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Best Practices, Workflows, Flow Designer, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Integrations
Extensive experience with ITSM and CSM modules
Knowledge of ITIL processes, Change Management, and Process Improvement
Experience with Service Catalog, Service Portal/Employee Center, Knowledge Management, Reporting, and Dashboards
Full lifecycle ServiceNow implementation experience
Preferred:
HRSD and CMDB experience
ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM)
Higher Education or Government sector experience
