Requirements
- Associate''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in IT support, technical analysis, systems support, help desk, or a related role
- Understanding of common IT concepts, systems, and business applications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to gather requirements and explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment
