Job description

In this role, you will support advanced pharmacy analytics and reporting efforts within a modern, cloud-based environment, contributing directly to the team's ongoing SAS-to-Databricks migration and broader analytics transformation. You will play a key role in testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability, while supporting AI-enabled analytics, infrastructure enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of critical business deliverables. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven insights, fulfill custom reporting requests, and actively contribute to AI initiatives through hands-on involvement in agent training and optimization. Your work will be essential to maintaining delivery quality, meeting SAS decommissioning timelines, and advancing high-impact, innovative analytics across the organization., * Analyzing, defining requirements, developing, and validating complex reporting and/or data files necessary to meet business objectives.

  • Utilizing business knowledge to perform in-depth analyses, proactively investigating abnormal results, writing descriptive summaries of gathered data, and optimizing delivery of end product.
  • Proactively analyzing changes in business processes and updating reporting/file feeds accordingly.
  • Researching and responding to questions and change requests from business partners.
  • Articulating reporting results and business impact.
  • Peer review work product of junior and senior analysts and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, in addition to core job requirements, you'll bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working in cloud-based data environments. You will be a strong candidate if you have experience with SQL and Databricks, a background in data validation and testing, and familiarity with supporting analytics infrastructure or large-scale data platform transitions.

Note:

  • This is remote, work-from-home position, but the final round of interviews will take place on-site in our Chattanooga, TN office.
  • SQL and Databricks experience preferred.
  • Experience with AI agent training, development, or optimization is strongly preferred.
  • Sponsorship is not available for this role., * Bachelors degree in business or healthcare or relevant field or equivalent work experience required

Experience

  • 3 years - Experience with SAS (Base, Enterprise Guide, Studio), SQL, Tableau, or similar experience with programming and/or statistical analysis required
  • 5 years - Reporting, data analysis, or similar experience required.

Skills\Certifications

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
