SYSTEM & NETWORK ADMININSTRATOR

The Systems and Network Administrator is responsible for providing server and network administration support to ensure the stable operation of computer systems and network connections for our clients. Additional responsibilities include both helpdesk and deskside support for end users. This position is customer facing and requires regular end user interactions by email, over the phone, and in person

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Training?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, This IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL OR A WORK FROM HOME POSITION and proven experience in a network administrator role is preferred. Wage to be determined based on range of knowledge with various technologies.

The successful candidate must be able to effectively communicate with other employees to share information, solve problems, and instruct / train lesser skilled technicians. Must have the ability to read and interpret complex documents. Must be able to write standard reports and documentation.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer networking or a related technical field and at least four (4) years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with implementing and administering network devices.

Preferred skills:

-Setting and maintaining policies and rights/security within a Windows Server environment.

-Firewalls and Network switch administration of several brands

-Wireless Access Point administration

-Windows Server Active Directory / Group Policy

-M365 / Azure management

-AWS

-PowerShell Scripting

-Back Up software and solutions

-Desktop and laptop installation and problem resolution in a Windows environment., * Server management: 4 years (Required)
