Job description
Northrop Grumman's Chief Information and Digital Office (CIDO) is seeking an Application Administrator/Analyst to support classified programs at either our Roy, UT or Melbourne, FL location. The position will deploy, research, support, customize, and maintain the suite of Commercial and Open-Source applications used by Software and Systems Engineering., * Troubleshoot, configure, upgrade, patch and maintain the Primavera database
- Configure, deploy and administer commercial and open-source software
- Maintain strong expertise and knowledge of current and emerging technologies and products.
- Provide best practice, recommendations and guidance to manage SSLM operations at scale
- Ability to implement a configuration management solution
- Scripting for DevOps processes
- Server Configuration
- Docker container deployment
- Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or application software
- Coordinates activities with Product Owner
- Participates in Agile development activities, in keeping with SAFe
- Evaluates system interfaces and operational requirements.
- Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related STEM discipline with five (5) years of experience OR a MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related STEM discipline with three (3) years of experience; a High School diploma and nine (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of completed degree
- Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a US Government Secret level security clearance AND access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment
- Must have a US Government 8140 security certification (ex. Security+ or greater) OR ability to obtain a certification 90 days from start date
- Experience with Oracle
- Must have demonstrated experience with both Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems
- Internet Information Services (IIS) experience
- Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems experience
- Server/Client SW installation experience, * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related STEM discipline with five (8) years of experience OR a MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related STEM discipline with three (6) years of experience; a High School diploma and twelve (12) years of experience may be considered in lieu of completed degree
- Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a US Government Secret level security clearance AND access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment
- Must have a US Government 8140 security certification (ex. Security+ or greater) OR ability to obtain a certification 90 days from start date

- Have a broad understanding of development, web operations, SDLC, etc
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Scripting languages: python, PowerShell, or JavaScript
- Experience with Postgres and MS SQL Server desired

Benefits & conditions
Primary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
