Job description
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack applications in AWS cloud environments
- Develop secure microservices and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, JSON, and JavaScript technologies
- Build modern front-end applications using React and/or Angular frameworks
- Create automated CI/CD pipelines and deployment solutions using Jenkins, Concourse, Snap, and related DevSecOps tools
- Develop automated tests using Selenium, Cucumber, and Test-Driven Development (TDD/BDD) frameworks
- Support containerized and microservices architectures using Kubernetes, Docker, and JHipster
- Design and support operational dashboards, monitoring, and production support capabilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and network-related production issues
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions
- Estimate development effort and contribute to sprint planning activities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices across teams
Requirements
This position is for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to support mission-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in Agile teams, enjoy solving complex enterprise-scale challenges, and have hands-on experience building secure, scalable, cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, Kubernetes, and big data technologies., * Minimum 5+ years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on full-stack software engineering in DevSecOps environments
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing front-end and back-end applications and/or data services
- Strong experience building enterprise-scale applications in AWS cloud environments
- Experience developing applications using:
- Java/JEE
- Spring Boot / Spring Framework
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- JSON APIs
- React and/or Angular
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps automation tools such as Jenkins, Concourse, Snap, Git/GitHub
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, TDD, and BDD
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, * Experience supporting federal government programs
- Active or prior security clearance preferred
- Experience with Apache Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Sqoop, Apache Tomcat, Apache Ignite, Cassandra, GRPC, AWS Lambda, Kotlin, Scala, Prometheus
- Experience with microservices architecture and large-scale distributed systems

Clearance & Eligibility Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements

Benefits & conditions
Contract: Long term up to three years
Rate: $65-$70 per hour (W-2 only)
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust, We offer a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)., $65-$70 per hour. This is the targeted compensation range for this role per year. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
