Job description
- Lokking for a self-starter who learns quickly and is eager to take on any task assigned. The Systems Engineer will serve as a security-minded technical resource for in the oversight and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and operations including: Virtual Desktops
- Support end-user workstation capabilities including design and implementation of one or more images. Support and manage a Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environment on Citrix Cloud
Requirements
- Experience successfully supporting IT operations in a highly demanding environment
- Efficient troubleshooting of problems with precision and grace
- Azure cloud environment administration
- Citrix XenDesktop VDI management
- Office 365, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online administration
- Azure AD, Conditional Access, SSO, Data Classification
- Azure Files management
- Strong experience configuring Windows 10 and MS Office in an enterprise environment
- Previous experience creating virtual desktop images
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong Apple iOS skills
- Windows Server management including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy
- Powershell automation
- Microsoft Exchange
- Working knowledge of Cisco IOS, network troubleshooting, Cisco Call Manager, SQL, Darktrace, Varonis Data Advantage
- Windows Server Update Services
