We are seeking a strong Software Engineer to support a high-impact Genesys Cloud IVR migration initiative within the client s Digital Voice team.
This role is heavily focused on Java-based microservices, Spring Boot, and cloud-native development on AWS, with supporting use of Python for serverless workloads.
The engineer will design, build, and deploy scalable middleware services that integrate Genesys Cloud with enterprise backend systems.
Strong Java development experience focused on backend and middleware systems.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for microservices development.
Proficiency in AWS Cloud, aligned with AWS Solutions Architect Associate best practices.
Experience using Python for serverless or integration of use cases.
Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments, including scripting and troubleshooting.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with enterprise system integrations such as SAP and Oracle.
Knowledge of SQL, Database provisioning, Kafka integration is helpful.
