Job description
- Own and prioritize product backlog.
- Write and manage user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with suppliers to gather and validate requirements.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and support SAFe Agile practices.
- Support Order Management and Purchase Order-related initiatives.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in Agile environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile
- Expertise in creating and managing:
- User Stories
- Backlog Grooming
- Sprint Planning
- Acceptance Criteria
- Experience with Order Management and Purchase Order (PO) processes.
- Ability to gather business requirements from suppliers and stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills working with:
- Business teams
- Suppliers/Vendors
- IT/Development teams
- Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
