Job description
- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Copado and Salesforce CI/CD to support, optimize, and enhance enterprise Salesforce DevOps platforms.
- The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Copado pipeline management, deployment automation, release management, Salesforce SDLC processes, and production support.
- This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive DevOps best practices and ensure seamless Salesforce deployments across multiple environments., * Manage and optimize Copado pipelines across multiple Salesforce teams and environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
- Automate deployments, promotions, validations, and security scanning processes.
- Support Salesforce release management and deployment activities across multi-org environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline, deployment, and environment-related issues.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce DevOps operations.
- Collaborate with development, QA, release management, and business teams.
- Onboard new teams onto the Copado platform and establish deployment standards.
- Drive Salesforce DevOps best practices and continuous process improvements.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and mentor team members on Copado and Salesforce DevOps processes.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce SDLC and governance standards.

- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 4 5 years of hands-on Copado experience
