Job description

Seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, network equipment, servers, Audio/Video systems, telephony, and related technologies. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, project coordination, and end-user support in a fast-paced enterprise environment., * Install, configure, and support workstations, servers, network, AV, and voice systems

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues
  • Lead and support IT projects and technology deployments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams, engineers, and business stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation and follow IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing IT support experience
  • Experience supporting desktops, laptops, servers, networks, Audio/Video, and VOIP systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Active Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, * Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Mac/iOS environments
  • Knowledge of networking, VOIP, collaboration tools, and server technologies
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
