Job description

  • Design, develop, and support AI-powered contact center applications
  • Build scalable APIs and microservices using Python or Java
  • Implement NLP, AI/ML, and conversational AI capabilities
  • Integrate Five9 and Google CCAI/IVA solutions with enterprise systems
  • Enhance call routing, voice analytics, and customer engagement experiences
  • Support DevOps processes utilizing GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

We are seeking experienced Software Engineers with strong expertise in Python or Java development and hands-on experience building AI-powered Contact Center solutions. <>Must-Have Experience

  • Strong development experience in Python and/or Java
  • Experience with API development and Microservices Architecture
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Experience working with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Five9 Contact Center Platform
  • Experience with contact center call routing and orchestration
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), + Avaya
  • Cisco Contact Center
  • LivePerson
  • Experience designing and supporting IVR and call-routing solutions
  • Experience integrating AI-driven voice and chat platforms into enterprise environments
