The AIDA IT Manager acts as the IT counterpart and strategic partner to the Head of AIDA Implementation Hub, ensuring strong alignment between business ambitions and technology execution. The role leads the IT transformation of the current BI and analytics organisation into a modern AIDA capability focused on scalable, governed, and value-driven solutions. It combines strategic leadership with pragmatic execution, promoting collaboration, platform ownership, compliance, and people development to enable business goals through technology. Business & Stakeholder Alignment
Act as the primary IT partner for AIDA business leadership, ensuring alignment between business priorities and IT execution.
- Translate business strategy into actionable IT priorities and value delivery.
- Ensure shared understanding of objectives, trade-offs, and constraints.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across business, IT, and governance bodies.
Drive adoption by aligning solutions with business needs and user expectations
Data, AI & Platform Ownership
Own the enterprise data and AI platform landscape, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready foundations.
- Translate the enterprise data strategy into platform roadmaps and investment priorities.
- Own and evolve core data and AI platforms.
- Ensure platforms are scalable, reliable, and accessible.
- Align with enterprise platforms and architecture standards.
Governance, Risk & Compliance (Data & AI)
Ensure trusted, compliant, and responsible use of data and AI.
- Define and enforce governance for data, security, and access.
- Ensure regulatory and privacy compliance.
- Embed Responsible AI principles by design.
- Support enterprise governance bodies.
Solution Delivery & Orchestration
Drive consistent and effective delivery of Data, AI, and Automation solutions.
- Guide solution architecture and technology choices.
- Orchestrate end-to-end delivery across domains.
- Ensure integration across platforms.
- Maintain delivery reliability and quality.
Transformation, People Leadership & Capability Building
Lead both the organisational transformation and the teams that deliver it.
- Drive the evolution toward a data product and AI-driven organisation.
- Define operating model, roles, and ways of working.
- Directly lead and develop multidisciplinary teams (data engineering, analytics, AI, automation).
- Set clear priorities, ensure performance, and create accountability within teams.
- Coach and develop talent, ensuring the right skills for future needs.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Ensure sustainable team structure, engagement, and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced degree in Data, AI, Analytics, Engineering, or Business is an advantage.
- Extensive experience across Data, Analytics, Automation, and/or AI domains.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Strong collaboration skills with business leaders, architects, and platform teams.
- Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of data analytics, database management, governance, and emerging technologies is required. Experience with Oracle 19c+, OCI, AWS, OBI, Databricks, Power BI, ServiceNow, Salesforce and MuleSoft is considered a plus.
