ICT Applications Manager

We seek a skilled Power Systems ICT Applications Manager passionate about the European electricity market. Reporting to the Head of ICT and Deputy on IT Operations, you'll oversee System Development and Electrical System Coordination applications, managing platforms across their lifecycle., * Lead development of ICT tools for Flow-Based domains and power system applications.

• Analyze business requirements and ensure accurate technical translation.
• Manage suppliers, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with SSDLC, testing, deployment, and service delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and risk management for your team.

• Master's in IT or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in Development Lead, Project Management, or Service Delivery roles.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of system development, SCADA/EMS, and real-time network protocols.
• ITIL certification and familiarity with SharePoint, Jira preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work across teams.
