SAP Middleware Engineer

We are transforming our SAP IT operating model to a data product and product-oriented approach, and we're seeking an experienced SAP Middleware Engineer to support this exciting transition. You will play a key role in integrating SAP and Non-SAP data sources, particularly focused on HR data (SAP SuccessFactors and others), while working closely with a DevOps-based product team.

This role centers around SAP Datasphere and involves developing data models, implementing data flows, and contributing to a secure, scalable data landscape., * Integrate data from SAP and Non-SAP sources

• Develop and model ETL/ELT processes in SAP Datasphere
• Implement CDS views for efficient data extraction and modeling
• Collaborate with product teams (Functional Analysts, Product Owners) to understand and translate requirements
• Document all technical developments and processes
• Support the implementation of authorization concepts for secure data access

• In-depth technical knowledge of SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and CDS views
• Strong proficiency in SAP development tools
• Experience with SAP Middleware solutions
• Programming experience in SQL, ABAP, and JavaScript
• Excellent understanding of SAP user experience and security models
• Proven experience working with HR data systems, including SAP SuccessFactors
