Job description
- You own the functional development of our ERP system Odoo with a focus on financial processes and the related end-to-end chains including Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, and other relevant accounting processes.
- You drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders, aligning on goals, scope, and priorities.
- You own the backlog, translate business requirements into actionable work packages, define acceptance criteria, and ensure clear documentation.
- You prioritize features, tasks, and bugs and continuously improve the issue board with a clear structure.
- You drive roadmap topics end-to-end from conception through implementation.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo.
- Senior-level expertise in Accounting & Finance within an ERP context (e.g. closing, reporting, controls, compliance).
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional approaches (e.g. waterfall, classic project management), applying both effectively depending on context.
- Assertiveness paired with an analytical, structured, and pragmatic working style.
- A business background or a degree in STEM / Business (or equivalent qualification).
- Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory); French is a plus; German is an advantage.
