Cloud Architect

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Platform Manager to lead the development and operations of a Cloud platform supporting data-driven and future AI-powered services.

This role sits at the intersection of technology and business, ensuring the Cloud platform is scalable, reliable, high-performing and aligned with business needs.

You will act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, driving both the vision and execution of the platform while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations., Cloud strategy & vision

• Define and drive the Cloud platform roadmap in collaboration with leadership and architects
• Ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives
• Deliver scalable, high-quality and user-centric platform services

Product ownership & prioritization

• Own and manage the Cloud platform backlog
• Define priorities based on business value and technical constraints
• Translate needs into clear, actionable user stories

Team leadership & delivery

• Guide and support Cloud engineering teams
• Ensure efficient and agile delivery of platform capabilities
• Balance speed, quality, security and reliability

Operations & performance

• Ensure platform stability, performance and scalability
• Monitor and improve Cloud operations proactively
• Drive incident prevention and resolution

Quality, security & compliance

• Define testing strategies and ensure platform reliability
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy and regulatory standards

Cost management

• Apply FinOps practices to optimize Cloud costs
• Ensure financial sustainability of the platform

Stakeholder management

• Translate complex technical topics into clear business language
• Align technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Promote adoption of the platform internally

Continuous improvement

• Use feedback and data to improve platform capabilities and user experience
• Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence

• Proven experience in Cloud platform management / Product ownership
• Strong understanding of Cloud environments (ideally Azure)
• Hands-on experience in Cloud operations and performance monitoring
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices and platform engineering
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile environments

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of FinOps / cost optimization
• Familiarity with ITIL / service management practices
• Experience in complex, data-driven or international environments
