Tasks

• Maintain and enhance SAP-HCM solutions for seamless operation.
• Analyze and implement technical solutions for HR requirements.
• Lead projects and support the AURORA initiative for system evolution., The Office for Informatics (AFI) is the IT competence centre of the Canton of Zurich. It provides comprehensive services in the area of central IT infrastructure and canton-wide applications for directorates, authorities, the judiciary, and independent institutions. Commissioned with the implementation of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, the Office for Informatics accompanies and supports the Canton of Zurich into the digital world.

Your tasks:

• Operation, maintenance, and further development of SAP HCM solutions
• Analysis and implementation of professional requirements into technical solutions
• Participation in and management of changes, projects, and subprojects in the SAP HCM environment
• Support of the further development of the HR system landscape within the framework of the AURORA project (replacement of the existing SAP solution)
• Advising specialist departments and customers in the personnel environment
• Coordination of internal specialist units as well as external partners
• Ensuring stable application operation and continuous optimisation of the systems

Your profile:

• Higher education in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
• Experience in application management or in supporting complex business applications
• Knowledge in the SAP HCM environment
• Experience with ABAP/ABAP OO, Web Dynpro ABAP, or SAP UI5 is an advantage
• Enjoy working with different stakeholders
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
