Job description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for IT Operations Management (ITOM) to join a leading IT consulting environment and play a key role in delivering innovative ServiceNow-based solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to analyze, design, and optimize IT operations and infrastructure processes, helping them transform their IT into a modern service-oriented organization. You will take ownership of projects, lead workshops, and act as a trusted advisor for both technical and strategic topics.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a highly specialized ServiceNow-focused organization and contribute to complex, high-impact enterprise projects across the DACH region., * Analyze, assess, and evaluate existing IT infrastructure and ITOM processes
- Lead and independently deliver projects and sub-projects from conception to implementation
- Design and develop future ITOM solutions in collaboration with clients
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and client presentations in German and English
- Provide expert consulting support during project execution (functional and/or technical)
- Coach and guide project team members
- Support presales activities and contribute to solution design discussions
- Act as a trusted advisor in dynamic client environments
Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, * Completed degree or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure and application management
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure administration and monitoring
- Solid understanding of IT as a service-oriented organization
- Experience with ITIL / ESM / ITSM frameworks (preferred)
- Knowledge of CMDB/CSDM, monitoring solutions, and ITOM concepts (beneficial)
- Basic JavaScript knowledge (advantageous)
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (a plus)
- Excellent German (C2) and very good English skills
- Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
