Job description

Mercado Sanapp Virtual Events is seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Cloud Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable cloud-based solutions across AWS and Azure environments. This leadership role will drive cloud architecture initiatives, establish best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance infrastructure that supports business growth and innovation., * Design and oversee enterprise-scale cloud architectures on AWS and Azure.

  • Lead cloud migration, modernization, and optimization initiatives.
  • Develop cloud governance, security, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders.
  • Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Architect highly available, resilient, and cost-efficient cloud solutions.
  • Mentor cloud engineers and technical teams.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation best practices.
  • Monitor cloud performance, reliability, and cost management.
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Terraform?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Extensive experience architecting solutions in AWS and Azure environments.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud networking, security, identity management, and governance.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep.
  • Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies.
  • Experience leading technical teams and enterprise cloud projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and cloud security standards.
