Job description
We're now looking for a (Junior) IT Manager to join our team - someone who can be the go-to person for all things IT at APOC, and who wants to grow with us as we build out our digital capabilities.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the central point of contact between our people, our Managed Service Provider, and our application vendors. Day-to-day, that means making sure things work, problems get solved, and nothing falls through the cracks.
More specifically:
IT Service Coordination - Triage and resolve internal IT requests, manage the relationship with our MSP, track vendor performance and KPIs, and keep invoicing and contracts in order.
Business Application Management - Act as the bridge between our users and the support teams behind our core systems (including our ERP). Coordinate improvements, run workshops, and make sure our applications are actually working for the people who use them.
Digital & Innovation Projects - Help us build out our digital tooling landscape. From coordinating rollouts to supporting innovation initiatives (including AI), you'll take operational ownership of projects so we can move faster.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical support?, We're looking for someone who:
-
Is organised, reliable, and takes ownership without being asked
-
Can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people
-
Is comfortable working independently - you won't be micromanaged
-
Has a genuine interest in digital tools and how technology can make work better
-
Wants to grow into more - this role has real runway
A background in IT coordination, business informatics, or a related field is helpful. Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (particularly Salesforce-based platforms) is a plus. So is experience in a smaller, fast-moving company.
